nicer... less painterly.
A few people and myself felt that there needed to be obvious computer involvement, the other piccy looked way too human-made.

Quite lovely!

It's interesting: when the image is reduced the meshes in the design take on a "brushed" feel. I didn't even know that the meshes were there till I clicked for the close-up view.
